What Is Abstract Art?
Abstract art is a form of artistic expression that breaks away from the traditional representation of objects and figures found in the real world. It focuses on conveying emotions, ideas, or concepts through non-representational forms, shapes, colors, lines, and textures.
Unlike representational art, which aims to depict recognizable subjects, abstract art encourages viewers to interpret and engage with the artwork on a more personal and subjective level. It allows artists to explore the realm of imagination, experimenting with various techniques and forms to evoke a range of emotions and sensations.
Abstract art embraces the freedom of expression and invites viewers to embrace their own interpretations, making it a captivating and thought-provoking genre in the art world.
